Kimberley was super helpful! She showed us a house while we were visiting Pembroke. While we didn't end up liking that house, we gave her a detailed list of what we were looking for (including acessibility for my mother who has mobility isues). She regularly sent us houses that might work for a few months until she found us the perfect home. We bought the house remotely and Kimberley did a very thorough walkthrough with us, pointing out flaws others may have ignored. She was never pushy or in a hurry, answered the many many questions that everyone had, and worked with us every step of the way. After we bought the house, we weren't able to move in for 2 months while we organzied ourselves for the move and Kimberley went out of her way to check up on the house for us while it sat empty. 10/10, will definitely work with Kimberley again in the future if we need to buy or sell.
